We respect the rules of the data privacy acts and take care of your interests concerning protection of your personal data. All customer information will be saved and processed under attention of the regulations of the German Data Protection Act (‘Bundesdatenschutzgesetz’, BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (‘Telemediengesetz’, TMG).
Processed Data
1. We automatically collect on our server information passed on by your browser. These are:
- Type and version of the browser,
- Operating system,
- referring URL (previously visited site),
- address of the requesting client (IP number),
- time of request.
These information cannot be assigned to individual persons by us. We will not consolidate the data with data from other sources. Collected information will immediately be deleted after statistical evaluation.
2. Individual-related information are only collected if communicated by you voluntarily while placing an order.
Inventory data
1. Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties outside the scope of fulfilling this contract. After completion of the contract, your data are blocked against further use. After expiry of deadlines as per tax-related and commercial regulations, these data are deleted unless you have expressly consented to their further use.
2. Your personal data are used exclusively for fulfilling the contract. For goods to be delivered, for instance, your name and address must be relayed to the supplier of the goods. Our partners will only receive information that are absolutely necessary for service delivery (e.g. name and address)
Disclosure
1. According to the Federal Data Protection Act, you have a right to free-of-charge information about your stored data, and possibly entitlement to correction, blocking or deletion of such data.

3. Your given consent to storage of your data can be cancelled anytime without giving any reason.
